Terms of Service

Last updated September 11, 2026

These Terms govern the use of Maple Canada Jobs and the purchase of its plans. Read them together with the Privacy Policy.

1.Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Maple Canada Services, Toronto, Canada (“Maple Canada Services”, “we”, “us”), the operator of Maple Canada Jobs (maplecanadajobs.app) and the Employment Placement Program (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or purchasing a plan you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2.The Service

The Service is a job-matching and application service for candidates seeking employment in Canada. It matches job postings to your profile, helps you prepare a Canadian-format CV and application letters and, on the Full Automated Service, sends applications in your name with your consent.

  • Job postings are sourced from Job Bank Canada. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Government of Canada, Employment and Social Development Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada or any government body.
  • Maple Canada Services is not the employer of any posting and does not act as a recruiter for the employers listed.
  • The Service does not include immigration or legal advice. Immigration services of Maple Canada Services are provided under separate agreements.

3.Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • The information you provide must be accurate, current and your own. One account per person.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

4.Plans, payment and access period

Three plans are offered: Starter, Automatic Search and Full Automated Service. The features of each plan are those described on the Plans page at the time of purchase.

  • One-time payment. Each plan is paid once. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.
  • Access period. A plan gives 90 days of access from the purchase date. The end date is shown in your dashboard. Plans do not renew automatically.
  • After the access period. Matching, email alerts and automatic applications stop. Your matches, documents and CV remain available in read-only mode, and employer replies to applications already sent continue to be forwarded.
  • Upgrades and renewals. A higher plan or a renewal is requested from the Plan page of your dashboard. An advisor contacts you to complete it.
  • Refunds. Plans are delivered as soon as they are activated. Payments are non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

5.No guarantee of employment

The Service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), a work permit or permanent residence. Every hiring decision is made by the employer. Every immigration decision is made by the competent government authority.

Matching scores and pathway indications describe how a posting relates to your profile. They are not a promise of eligibility or outcome.

6.Your information and documents

You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide. You grant Maple Canada Services a licence to store, process and transmit them as needed to provide the Service, including sending them to employers when an application is made.

You confirm that your profile, documents and statements are truthful. Falsified documents or misrepresented qualifications lead to suspension of the account without refund.

7.Applications sent in your name

On the Full Automated Service, applications are sent from a personal application address in your name. This applies only after you give explicit consent in your dashboard; the consent is recorded with the date and time it was given.

  • You choose the settings, the review hold period and the daily limit for automatic applications. During the hold period each application can be read, edited or cancelled.
  • Sending limits apply per day and per employer to protect your standing with employers.
  • Automatic applications can be paused or turned off at any time. Turning them off withdraws the consent for future applications.
  • Employer replies received at your application address are forwarded to your email and shown in your dashboard.
  • You authorise Maple Canada Services to send the application letter, your CV and your screening answers to the employer of each posting that meets your settings.

8.AI-generated content

Letters, screening answers, CV wording, fact sheets and job agent replies are generated by AI from the information you provide. Review generated content before relying on it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted to employers.

9.Job postings

Posting content is provided by employers through Job Bank Canada and may change or close without notice. Confirm the details of any offer directly with the employer before accepting it. Legitimate employers do not charge candidates for a job offer or a Labour Market Impact Assessment; report any such request to support@maplecanadaservices.com.

10.Acceptable use

  • Use the Service and your application address only for your own job search.
  • Do not copy, scrape or resell postings, matches or any part of the Service.
  • Do not send misleading, abusive or unsolicited messages to employers.
  • Do not attempt to access other accounts or interfere with the operation of the Service.

11.Communications

Account holders receive service emails about their account and plan, and the email alerts included in their plan. An advisor may contact you by email or phone about activation and your search. Alerts stop with the unsubscribe link in each email or the alert setting in the dashboard.

12.Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to support@maplecanadaservices.com. Maple Canada Services may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, provides falsified information or misuses the Service. An account closed for a breach is not entitled to a refund.

13.Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, text and trademarks belong to Maple Canada Services or its licensors. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service during the access period.

14.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Maple Canada Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost earnings or lost opportunities arising from the use of the Service, from employer decisions or from the content of third-party postings.

The total liability of Maple Canada Services for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the consumer law of your place of residence provides otherwise.

16.Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Service or the law. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce the features of a plan already purchased during its access period. Material changes are announced by email or in your dashboard.
